My concern is not the loan .haw is it going to be used .the current dictatorial region meles zenawi is known how to miss lead the world community by making the wrong impression . what more fact do you need he created a country in side a country.he dasen`t care how the country population do except his minority ethnic group the tigrean do okay. i am afraid he my used to revenge the Ethiopian as it show in the past.
